ABM and the Labour Affairs Bureau had co-organized a special recruitment fair for the banking industry to ease the employment situation of residents in response to the Macao SAR Government, providing 230 positions for 81 duties from 18 banks. The Talent and Development Committee had also organized seminars to share the themes of “The Development Orientation of Macao’s Financial Industry in the Greater Bay Area” and “Analysing the Human Resource needs of Macao Banking Industry for Youth” during the recruitment fair.
